Meet Rachel Schmidt at New Roads Behavioral Health!

Rachel – After earning her degree in Psychology, Rachel built a diverse career in marketing, development, and business ownership. Nearly a decade ago, she joined New Roads to balance her professional life with raising her two daughters, starting part-time as an Administrative Assistant. Since then, she has advanced to Director of Logistics and now serves full-time as the Director of Operations, focusing on maintaining state licensing and ensuring compliance with the Joint Commission. In her free time, Rachel enjoys SCUBA diving and finding thoughtful gifts for her family, which is sometimes a success.
