Rachel Gitlin started working at New Roads as a transitional living case manager in 2018 after completing her internship for her SSW and ASUDC with New Roads. Rachel worked as the transitional case manager until she finished her Master’s in Social Work from Boise state in 2020. Since then, Rachel has been a therapist at New Roads. Rachel is passionate about DBT and is enthusiastic about her work at New Roads. Outside of work Rachel enjoys fostering kittens for a local rescue, hiking with her dogs, watching her chickens play in the yard, reading, watching movies, watercolor painting, and traveling with her partner.
